Content writer must have:
Strong English writing and people/customer skills.
Should be able to perform interactive chat to help users solve problems
Create the foundation for additional customer service people that will be hired.
Develop FAQ pages.
Should be able to write instructional content.
Manage forums and their categories
Make our website functional and presents the best information where and when it is need.
Should be able to do User testing - Go through the entire site to ensure proper functionality, ease of use, and edit introductory & help articles in each dashboard as needed.
Have a keen interest in writing and can perform with a deadline.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram).
Knowledge of blogging a plus.

Additional Note:

Content writer could also be a vedio creator. (Not necessarily a voice person)but someone that could possibly write/produce vedio content. i.e pow-tons, powerpoint vedios, other low tech easy to produce content.

A test task might be assigned to the shortlisted candidate.

Specifications:

Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones

Impeccable spelling and grammar

A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online

Great research, organizational, and learning skills

High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs

Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices

Some experience with online marketing and lead generation

An understanding of formatting articles on the web
