Hextar Group Pakistan is hiring Manager for Accounts & Finance for its Head Office. A skilled human resource professional with experience in a wide range of Accounts & Finance functions. Full dedication and enthusiastic attitude to be of value to our company as our human resource professional who will be directly reporting to CEO/director.

Proven record of budgeting, variance analysis, bank reconciliations, AR & AP, team building, department management, bank dealing, and accounts practices.

Performing a full range of Accounts & Finance responsibilities—including internal audit, daily bank position, inter-compay reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and projected accounts for banks, .

Developing and implementing control measures, policies and procedures to establish standardization and drive compliance.

Areas of Expertise:

Ensure that monthly accounts and reports are accurate and timely for submission to management including the balance sheet, P&L, Income statement, cash flow statement.
Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
Develop comprehensive annual budgets and project expenditures in compliance with financial regulatory requirements, while anticipating financial needs and recommending adjustments as necessary Supervise & manage cash account and daily reconciliation.
Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
Analyze variances and provide detailed variance analysis reports to facilitate improved decision-making.
Prepare projected financial statements for external requirements.
Ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations, taxation rules, and statutory requirements, providing oversight and guidance to maintain compliance.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly updated & recorded.
Able to handle audit & tax-related tasks and company's tax returns in coordination with consultant.
To perform monthly closing and full set of accounts and prepare financial analysis.
Audit of all expenses.
Supervise Bank reconciliations.
Supervise Vendor & Customer ledger reconciliations.
Review and reconcile parties, ensuring accurate booking of invoices, debit/credit notes. and maintaining precise financial records.
Having experience in manufacturing concerns preferably in the Agri pesticide industry.
ERP experience preferred superior analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of business and sales planning & Budgeting.
Proficiency in Excel and Data Analytics.
Strong leadership & coaching Skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
Ability to direct and supervise with Strong time management skills.
