We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Assist Manager HR in all HR related activities
Assist with the screening of candidates, recruitment and interview process
Conduct training for new batch
Recommend strategies for employee retention
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assist with payroll.
Develop creative strategies for Employee Retention.
Managing all the tasks related to HR.
Official outstation visits.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
Outstanding communicator and customer service oriented.
High self-motivation; Good interpersonal and time leadership skills
Inventive, proactive, diligent to details and a good standout colleague
A Self Starter and Game Changer.
Motivated, great teammate but can lead when required
