HG Markets is looking an IT technical support officer to maintain our organization's computer systems and network.

Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications & networks.
All IT related work including monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to serve for issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the organization.
Responsible for addressing technical errors, troubleshooting network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Setting up accounts for new users.

Requirements: Intermediate

1-2 years of IT experience

willing to work 10am to 6pm
