As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing an entire sales region. You will oversee all sales activities and help us grow our current business and generate new business.

Responsibilities

Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets for the region
Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region
Manage a team of Area and Zonal Sales Managers to achieve company objectives
Regularly visit outlets to ensure customer satisfaction and sales
Grow current outlets and generate new business

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
At least 3-5 years of sales experience in an FMCG organization
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn and work hard
