EDUCATION
· B.Sc. Hons. (Computer Sciences), M.Sc. / M.S. (Computer Sciences) will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE
· 2 years of experience in IT industry of system analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance out of which minimum 1 year as team lead in a multinational or leading national organization or in renowned software consultancy firm.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Job Knowledge:
The incumbent must have comprehensive knowledge of:
• Systems design and development process, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation and operational management.
• System development life cycle phases, activities and implications.
• Methods and techniques of application development, system design, programming, installation, trouble shooting and maintenance of software applications.
• Data processing methods and procedures, and computer software systems.
• Business process analysis and redesign
• Microsoft .Net Environment especially C#, ASP .Net and VB.Net
The incumbent should also have knowledge of or familiar with:
• ERP systems, business processes and reporting.
• Desktop, notebook, handheld, and server computer hardware.
• Operating systems like OS/400 and Windows.
• Various office productivity software programs such as word processing, databases, spreadsheet programs, and communications software.
Job Skills
The incumbent must demonstrate the following job skills:
• Experience in systems design, data and business analysis.
• Excel in a collaborative team environment
• Implement and review quality assurance and security procedures for business applications.
• Provide software-related customer support and training to a non-technical user base.
• Effective verbal, written communications and presentation skills.
