Project delivery:

deliver GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR rollout and NPX project, such as New build, Expansion, Modernization, Swap, network Performance Maintenance/Improvement Project , Analyze and handle network problems, quickly response customer requirement, analyze network performance to improve network performance and customer experience

Technical Capability requirements:

At least familiar with any one technology of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G , delivered New build, Expansion, Modernization, Swap project, has work experience of Radio network Planning, Parameter design, KPI monitoring , script , Drive test logfile analysis, SSV/Cluster optimization, OSS KPI analysis and optimization etc.
Familiar using planning & Optimization tools and platforms.
Good communication skills, fluent communication in English and can use English as working language
Strong goal-oriented, responsible for results, Proactive work attitude and smooth coordination with related departments
Be familiar with LTE OSS-KPI degradation de reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process.
Have good capability at KPI optimization solution.
Understanding LTE major enhancement feature and solution, such as VOLTE/ MLB /eSrvcc/CSFB.
Have experience at feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
Good skills at Huawei RF basic tool, such as Genexcloud/Omstart/FMA/U2020/U-net;
Strong proficiency with 2G and 3G theoretical knowledge.
Good communication at network strategy with customer or daily work
