Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Inform to employees about policies and procedures of the hospital
Develop the deployment of staff accordingly.
Create the employee ID with a proper filling of employment forms on the system
Enroll the new employee on bio-machine for attendance record.
Check and update the employee time in/out, early departure on daily basis, and report to authorities.
Maintain the employee record.
Check the physical presence of contract employees like sweepers and security guards and report to authorities.
