We are seeking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead. 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the organization's overall hiring strategy to make sure teams are made up of a diverse group of suitably qualified people
  • Make sure the company's staffing requirements are satisfied while keeping an eye on a long-term talent plan.
  • Accountable for handling concerns relating to employees
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages including phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews.
  • Supervises the completion of new hire orientations, onboarding procedures, and exit interviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real state and signage company.
  • Knowledge of professional and social networks
  • Knowledge of the entire hiring process, including the use of various interviewing tactics and evaluation procedures.
  • Experience actively sourcing individuals with LinkedIn Talent Solutions
  • A thorough awareness of the qualifications needed for each job in the organization
  • Proficiency in process documentation and knowledge of current market trends. 
  • Excellent communication skills
