A real estate sales manager will be responsible for hiring and training sales staff to grow businesses, and motivating them to close sales.

The sales manager will conduct training that teaches team members how to get customers, discuss transactions, secure financing, and complete formalities for the sale.

The real estate sales manager will carry out surveys to spot the price of competing properties on the housing market and keeps an eye on the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to talk them into securing a brokering contract.

Manage client relationships and sales of the entire project

Developing and deploying/ implementing sales strategies for the project in consultation with Project Head.
Managing sales for B2B and B2C sales.
Provide clients with comparative sales information for properties to determine competitive market pricing.
Managing partner agencies & Internal/External Sales Communications.
Contract negotiations for resales of existing properties.
To manage the portfolios of clients.
To suggest investment plans to the clients depending on their preferences and budget.
To identify the potential clients and schedule a meeting for sales and marketing.
To present the information regarding products and services offered and also suggests custom solutions.
Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
Work with HOD to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
Assisting the head of sales in maintaining the relationship with clients.
