Our UK based client requires multiple persons for the above mentioned job
You will be able to work from home and require your own PC with internet connection.
The candidate shall be specifically performing the following duties:
- Responsible for handling clients pre and after sales queries mainly via email or over live chat in a professional manner
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and provides best solutions.
- Recommends potential products or services to management according to customers demand.
- Ability to analyse, evaluate and provide logical decisions.
- List/Upload products with ability to edit the description
