  • We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Amazon expert to lead the strategy on Amazon & other Marketplaces across Europe and the United States.

  • With over 10 years of Amazon experience we have driven metrics into the top 15% of FBA & MFN sellers.
  • Despite already sitting in the top 1% of Amazon sellers on revenue they still see there being a huge opportunity for future growth, particularly on US Amazon when benchmarking against other revenue earners within that top 1%.
  • We are looking for a candidate who knows exactly how to leverage Amazon’s programs and tools to drive best in class search visibility, customer ratings, product presentation & margins.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Full ownership of new & existing product strategies, pricing and promotional activities (including key paid advertising tools of Amazon Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands) across all Marketplace channels to drive sales and profit growth
  •  Product listing on Amazon and get rank within short time.  
  •  Developing and monitoring KPIs for each Marketplace channel manager and leading the Marketplace team
  •  Oversee ongoing design and development of existing Marketplaces and lead the launch onto new marketplaces
  •  Ensuring optimum product placement, merchandising, SEO optimisation and visibility across all Marketplaces
  •  Using channel analysis and insight to improve marketplace efficiency and drive sales.
  •  Ensure that brand and product content is always best in class, monitoring product performance and proactively seeking ways to improve it.
  •  Owning direct relationships with Amazon account managers to build strong mutual partnerships with Amazon
  •  Ensure the timely launch of new products across all Marketplace channels
  •  Research and identify new potential opportunities for online marketplaces, presenting outcomes to the senior management team and board
  •  Monitor and review competitors, market trends and fast-moving products regularly to understand best practices and new opportunities
  •  Working closely with the Product & the Commercial teams to ensure optimum demand fulfilment, predicting customer demand and forecasting Marketplace sales
  •  You will continuously optimise stock levels, with regular monitoring, control and replenishment of stock levels
  •  Identifying opportunities for new features and functionality across Marketplaces that can improve key site metrics
  •  Full ownership of Marketplace channel P&Ls & KPIs

Requirements

  •  Educated to degree level
  •  5+ years’ experience and a demonstrable success of successfully managing and growing Amazon and other major marketplaces
  •  Must have a thorough understanding of marketplaces, marketplace tools and advertising concepts, and marketplace industry trends
  •  Strong understanding and demonstrable experience with Amazon Seller central
  •  Highly analytically minded and a keen eye for detail, you thrive on solving problems and working the system
  •  Strong Excel Skills
  •  Excellent communication skills
  •  Adapt quickly and successfully with the ability to work under pressure
  •  Able to work with different teams to achieve the overall company strategic vision
