We’re seeking a talented Web Developer to join our Lahore office. You’ll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our client-facing portals, internal dashboards, and other web tools that help streamline accounting workflows. If you’re passionate about clean code, strong UX, and scalable solutions—and you love finances as much as front-end frameworks—this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Web Application Development
Build and enhance responsive web applications (portals, dashboards, tools) using modern web technologies.
Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
UX & UI Collaboration
Work closely with designers and product managers to produce intuitive, accessible interfaces.
Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
Code Quality & Maintenance
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, following best practices (e.g., DRY, SOLID principles).
Conduct code reviews and maintain automated test suites to ensure reliability.
Performance & Security
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Propose and lead improvements to our development processes, tooling, and architecture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
1+ years of professional experience in web development.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with one or more modern front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
Familiarity with back-end integration (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
Understanding of version control with Git.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of Node.js and Express (or similar).
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Exposure to DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), containerization (Docker).
Basic understanding of accounting or finance workflows and terminology.
What We Offer
Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
Health insurance and wellness benefits.
Generous paid time off and public holidays.
Professional development budget (courses, certifications, conferences).
Collaborative, supportive work culture—regular team events and hackathons.
Central Lahore office with modern facilities and free tea/coffee.
