We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Support with excellent Excel skills and expertise in Vlookup to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cost data from vendors, maintaining accurate records, calculating production costs and entering data into our systems efficiently. Having prior experience in a similar profile is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain cost data, review invoices and ensure accuracy in pricing. Track and record vendor cost information.
  • Enter cost-related data into the company’s systems accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of data integrity.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions, including Vlookup, to analyze and manipulate data for cost calculations and reporting purposes.
  • Calculate production costs by analyzing various cost components, such as materials, labour and overhead expenses. Ensure cost accuracy and efficiency in calculations.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of cost-related information. Develop efficient data storage and retrieval systems.
  • Prepare detailed reports on production costs, cost trends and vendor performance. Present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data management processes, reduce costs and enhance data accuracy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance and production to ensure cost-related data is up to date and accurate.

Requirements 

  • Must be proficient with Excel and Vlookup formulas.
  • Must be a graduate of a reputable institute
  • Must have 1-3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good time management skills.
