Bookkeeper

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks, with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and audit support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage & Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes.
Audit and oversee all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Support administrative tasks related to accounting as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 - 4 years of accounting and administrative experience.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

OTHER DETAILS:

Job Timings: The Night shift follows the US-CST Time Zone.
Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Remote Working: In the case of remote, a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Core i5, 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup) will be arranged by the candidate.
