Requirements:
- 1-2 years of US-based bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.
- Manual data entry in CSV files.
- Generate invoices and purchase orders.
- Communicate with vendors to exchange information.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions.
- Enter data from receipts, forms, documents etc.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all data entry.
- Experience with data entry of US- US-based clients’ Payroll and Tax is a big plus.
- Qualification: Intermediate / B Com is a plus.
- English Speaking Level Required: Basic for query handling and gathering essential information required to do the job.
Job Timing: Monday to Friday 8:00 pm to 5:00 am / 9:00 pm to 6:00 am {Night Shift (Onsite)}
