We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive (B2B) to join our dynamic sales team. The International Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in international markets and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of international markets, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in international markets, including market research, target identification, and market entry plans.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key international accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for international sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in international markets, and provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and other channel partners in international markets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in international trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company\\'s products and services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to international sales, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in international markets.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of international sales strategies and market entry methods.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM and other sales management tools.

Fluency in English is required.
