Operations Manager

We are seeking a result-driven professional with a passion for streamlining operations and enhancing organizational efficiency and a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. We are looking for an Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.

Responsibilities

Managing team of Admin, shipping, billing, and sales.
Respond to customers
Manage day to day operations including shipping, reporting, banking, and reconciliation.
Manage return and exchange.
Manage commission for various different teams.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
Manage budgets and forecasts.
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
Find ways to increase quality of customer service.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
Must be highly tech-savvy professional with a comprehensive understanding of digital literacy, programming, cybersecurity, data management, and a proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Experience budgeting and forecasting.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability.
Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.

Note:-Shift timings 5 PM - 2 AM (Mon - Fri)
