Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic software development team. As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions using the .NET framework. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects, and you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze software requirements.
Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using C# and the .NET framework.
Lead the technical aspects of projects, including architecture and code reviews.
Optimize software performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging .NET technologies.
Contribute to the development and improvement of coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in estimating project timelines and resource requirements.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in .NET development using C#.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, Core, AJAX, WebForms & Web API, and other relevant web technologies.
Proficiency in database design and SQL.
Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding development teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Project management experience is a bonus.

NOTE:

Its Karachi based on-site role, office is located in PECHS, Block 6.
Shift timings will be from 3pm - 12am (Monday -Friday)
