We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and oversee our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full production cycle, from order execution to final dispatch.
  • Ensure timely delivery of production orders with a strong focus on quality.
  • Supervise cutting, stitching, printing, and finishing departments.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising and design teams to implement customer requirements.
  • Optimise workflows, manage workforce, and ensure production targets are met.
  • Maintain quality control standards across all production stages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of production management experience in a reputed sportswear manufacturing firm.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of sublimation, stitching, and sportswear manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
