Major Responsibilities:

Understand the technical aspects of various products and write independently on them.
Work extensively on project documents, technical manuals and help guides.
Work in close liaison with the graphics team to generate web content.
Communicate with sales and support teams to understand the requirements for different software products.
Write white papers and articles for our website.
Write blog posts, social media posts, press releases and other campaign content.
Frame attractive tag lines for social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter)
Create captivating PowerPoint presentations related to different software products.
Proofread all content before it goes live.
Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Skill Set Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good interpersonal skills.
Firm grip over English grammar and vocabulary.
Familiarity with web jargon.
Familiarity with project documentation (HLD, LLD, UAT, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
Sufficient knowledge of MS Project.
