Hostings House looking for a Technical Content Writer for an Email Automation software to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.
The candidate will be working with a Senior talented tech writer and work collaboratively with support staff, sales and marketing managers, and other experts to make our software easier to understand and use.
The vacancy if most suitable for candidates who have command on advanced-level writing skills in English.
The applicant who doesn’t have an exceptional command of technical writing skills is not suitable for this position.

Responsibilities

Work with internal team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the software and the documentation requirements.
Plan, develop and produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Write easy-to-understand technical content, online help and developer guide will be available but the candidate is also well-trained in the field of technology and taking snapshots of the product.
Analyze and create technical documents and manuals, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner and working with trained staff to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and snapshots.
Excellent writing skills in Advanced level English in relevance to software writing.
