A well-reputed real estate organization is looking for a professional real estate salesperson to be an intermediary between buyers and sellers.

The ideal candidate should be a well-spoken and confident individual who will be responsible for finding prospective clients, call on leads provided, negotiates, and has market knowledge.

A salesperson will be tasked with paying client visitations, giving demonstrations, carrying out site visits, and closing deals.

Proven experience would be a plus point, fresh graduates can also apply.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Present purchase offer to sellers for consideration.
Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

Education and experience:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration preferred
