They apply cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics to assess the risk of a trip based on features such as cost of medical care at your destination, physical environment (risk of terrorism), environmental and biological conditions, etc

Deploy updates and fixes
Provide Level 2 technical support
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
Perform root cause analysis for production errors
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Develop scripts to automate visualization
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers

Dev/Ops Skills

Solid understanding of AWS EC2/Elastic Beanstalk infrastructure.
Solid understanding of AWS RDS, S3, SES.
Ability to launch EC2 instances, configure them from scratch and also configure automatic load balancing.
Ability to manage backups and build instances off of backups/disaster recovery.
