Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow international pharmaceutical sales through existing and new distributor partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with DRAP export requirements, GMP/WHO standards, and Ministry of Health (MOH) registration processes in target countries.
- Coordinate export documentation, product registration, shipping logistics, and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory affairs, production, QA/QC, logistics) to ensure timely and compliant export operations.
- Develop and implement market entry strategies for new regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and analyze export trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical exports.
- Strong knowledge of international pharmaceutical trade, including DRAP, GMP/WHO, and MOH registration systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage distributors across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
