Responsibilities:
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
Prepare and submit tax documents and reports as required.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information.
Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial management.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., QuickBooks Certification) are a plus.
