Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Maintain and update a CRM system to track leads and follow-ups.
2. Client Operations & Order Management
Manage customer orders, resolve queries, and follow up on payments.
Ensure smooth communication from inquiry to order fulfillment.
Liaise with the warehouse for inventory status and order dispatch.
3. Brand & Customer Experience
Work with the founder to shape dripuz.visual and content strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Organized, reliable, and great at managing multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Skills:
Prior use of tools like Canva, Meta Ads, email marketing, or CRM platforms.
