Experience: 10+years
Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching the existing market.
Attend seminars, conferences, and events would be mandatory.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers/Clients.
Must have experience with different lead generation platforms.
Meet with clients face to face or over the phone
To foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Understand the needs of your Clients and be able to respond effectively.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
Expert in Proposal writing.
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
Work with the team to achieve short and long-term revenue and profit growth.
Requirements:
Bechlor’s/MBA in business administration, marketing sales or relevant field
Proven working experience as a business development manager,
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
