Managing BM’s calendar and appointments
BM Expense filing/claims
Validation of expenses of BM’s reportees for approval
BM’s Travel arrangements / logistics
HSSE data reporting
Provide daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly MI to BM in collaboration with Finance, Sales, Marketing and LSC focal points
Follow up w/ stakeholders/responsible people on tasks and deliverables
Managing BM’s cost center
Facilitate with print outs and other logistical requirements ahead of meetings and travel
Keeping track of all tenders for Lubricants requirements through online and print media and share leads proactively with concerned Govt Accounts team
Support Govt Account team w/ tender documentation and submission
