1. Responsible for Business Development and sales resulting in revenue generation across Brands, territories and all trade channels (RTM) for the local REEM Rice business.
  2. Ensure the successful achievement of monthly sales targets/KPIs, collecting the over dues amount from direct customers coupled with Availability, Visibility and Accessibility (AVA) in his all trade channels and territories.
  3. Responsible for recommending Credit limit (CL) and payment terms (PT) for the distributors/dealers/ Customers, manage recovery and controlling the receivables within the approved limits.
  4. To reshape the current business into dynamic organization by effectively implementing the REEM business Model for next three years.
  5. Ensure that all the PJPs are prepared on the basis of explained strategy “FISH WHERE THE FISH IS” and are strictly followed at the market place as well.
  6. Ensure that Must Stock List (MSL) and Plano gram are strictly implemented at the market place.
  7. To ensure the regular contact and back checks of DSFs/Distributors in the market place.
  8. Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation.
  9. Responsible for arranging and managing promotional activities for the Brands.
  10. Keep an eagle eye on collecting the over dues and ensure NO outstanding money at the end of each month.
  11. Develop and expand the distribution network of the company.
  12. Responsible for sales forecasting, budgeting and stocks management.
  13. Keep an eye on the demand and supply of company’s products, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors.
  14. Regularly review the distributor performance through his team and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.
  15. Keep an eye on the competitor’s activities and report promptly to the office with the recommendations to counter the activities.
  16. Responsible for other general management and marketing & sales related tasks, within the organization and as well as with external organizations.
  17. Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching & guidance to all his team members.
  18. To assist GM – Sales in formulating the policies and strategies of REEM local Rice business
