Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of Four years of related experience and/or training.
  • SAP Procurement module knowledge
  • Master's degree in business administration or related field
  • Certification related to Supply Chain, SAP (Plus Point)

Job Description:

The responsibility of this position includes contributing to the sound management of procurement and contract management activities, ensuring success of the commercial operations by capturing vendor performance and supporting the service with various aspects of procurement and contract implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of low value contract management and procurement rules in line with the company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor and track contract expiry dates to ensure that Tenders or RFP/RFQs are called in a timely manner within the stipulated time frame.
  • Build market intelligence capabilities by analyzing market and delivery trends.
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions for award of contracts.
  • Preparing and editing contracts between the company and potential clients and assessing contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
  • Conduct monthly governance meetings with contractors, performing performance reviews and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Manage the variation orders, addition/omission, and extension of time for Contracts.
  • Ensure the closure of final accounts and outstanding invoices issue due to contract expiry as and when necessary.
  • Assist in the management of legal/audit issues on contract administration.
  • Prepare procurement and contract documentation, and provide support, advice and guidance with the preparation and drafting of tender documents and contracts.
  • Assist in daily procurement and contract management administrative tasks supporting the preparation and implementation of calls for tenders and/or proposals.
  • Work on process improvement initiatives and support the Service Digitalization efforts.
  • Ensure procurement guidelines and selection criteria are adhered to for awarding of contracts such as Price/Quality scoring method.
  • Assist in solving problems arising in procurement and contract management.
  • Contribute to the service planning and activities and support in the continuous improvement of relevant processes and procedures.
