A Well known College is seeking or “Executive Secretary" (Female) based in Karachi.

• To write error-free, eloquent emails for a variety of scenarios/events on behalf of the CEO / Corporate Secretariat

• To take notes during meetings, prepare and distribute minutes of the meetings, as well as, follow-up on decisions.

• Email Management

• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments.

• Maintain absolute confidentiality & discretion with regards to official matters of the Corporate Secretariat

• Perform any other task as and when assigned by the Reporting line.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum BBA/MBA from any reputed university/institution.

• Minimum 2-3 years of CEO / MD Secretariat experience.

• Good Analytical Skills

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication / Correspondence

• MS Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)

SALARY RANGE

Rs.60,000 – Rs.70,000.
