Satisfying the customers at the store by answering their queries and complaints as per Company SOPs.

Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required.
Handling customers by using soft skills.
Manage the after sales flow for walk in customers.
Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided.
Educate the customer on company and all marketing related material.
Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned.

Requirement:

Logistics/Inventory/E-commerce experience is a plus.
Internship in relevant field.

Eligibility Criteria/Qualification:

Education : Must have Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
Skills / Abilities : Must have excellent/professional written and Oral English.
Professional Certification : Plus point if candidate has certification on logistics and supply chain.
