Provide technical support to end-users including software, hardware and network troubleshooting and solves IT related issues.
Experience and knowledge of Cisco networking systems, Microsoft Office365, Azure, SharePoint, LAN/WAN and Radio Communications System.
Windows installation and tuning, Network Printers configuration, installing and configuring other business applications, Peripherals, and connectivity infrastructure.
Having good knowledge and Experience in CCTV and Access Control Systems.
Assist in the development and enhancement of IT systems and in warranty transactions of IT equipment and maintain IT Assets/Equipment database.
Adopt innovation/ initiative by company in context of hardware and software deployment and assist/guide users on that wherever possible.
In addition to all specific tasks mentioned above, he/she should be able to perform any other Infrastructure and helpdesk function that may be required by the company from time to time.
