Function: Digital Financial Services

Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital product management preferably in the digital lending domain.

Responsibility:

Product Manager for Digital lending will be the person at the forefront of developing and managing digital lending product portfolio for customers and merchants.
The Product Manager for digital lending will manage and grow existing lending products while working on to develop and execute the product strategy roadmap for the lending domain.
You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage & grow the product proposition, develop best in class lending product iterations and improve customer experience on the App, USSD and call center.
Develop and execute the product roadmap.
Grow products that have been rolled out.
Listen to the customer and improve customer experience across all touchpoints.
Ensure efficiency in product operations.
Ensure timely reporting of product KPIs.
Work with internal and external partners.
The role reports directly to the Head of Wealth Management and has 03 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 10 team members.

Requirements:

Knowledge of how lending works from a financial and non-financial perspective.
Excellent communication and people skills -- must work well with users at all levels, including C-Level executive.
In-depth knowledge of respective product category.
Organization experience and experience managing multiple ongoing projects.
Advanced analytical skills, be solution driven and result oriented.
