(1) Plan and configure user acquisition features/events inside the game with the primary objective to gain new users and keeping current users more active

(2) Coordinate with marketing team to promote the in-game events to ensure the success

(3) Bug troubleshoot and work with developer team to improve user experience in the app

(4) Regularly keep track key user metrics of the app such as Active User, Retention, Churn, Revival number and produce actionable reports for future planning of events

(5) Handle tasks that improve Free Fire app features, which might include conducting surveys, research, localization of app features

Requirements:

(6) Prior experience working in product management of any apps/games, especially on user acquisition features or events of these apps/games

(7) Demonstrate ability to manage projects that involve coordinating multiple stakeholder to produce results

(8) Demonstrate ability to innovate and take initiative to try on new things

(9) Have a can-do attitude and problem solving skills to be able to work under

ambiguity

(10) Have passion for gaming and competitive sports
