Position: Production Executive (Packaging, Dispatch, and Raw materials & Reporting)

Location: Karachi

Salary: Up to 60k per Month

Education Required: Min. bachelor's degree from a reputed university.

Experiences & Skills: 3 to 5 years local Industry background; production line supervision; in-depth labor dealing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible to lead, supervise and manage the production team in order to achieve targeted production output and quality.
Monitor and follow up production progress against production plan.
Responsible to ensure operators comply with SOP and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
Responsible to closely monitor and manage subordinates' attendance and discipline, provide necessary counseling and guidance as and when required.
Provide On-Job Training to operators to meet production goals.
Work closely with departments; Logistic, QA, Maintenance, Purchasing, etc. to plan and coordinate Production progress.
Recommend for process improvement and to enhance Production Quality and Capacity maintaining a safe and clean work environment by educating the operator on Safety and 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain).
Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
