Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning Support:
Assist in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and plans based on market trends and historical data.
Collaborate with sales teams to gather inputs and ensure sales targets are achievable and aligned with business goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Operational Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate sales projections and promotional planning.
Support demand planning and inventory management based on sales insights.
CRM & Tool Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems and planning tools to ensure accurate and timely data.
Generate customized reports for stakeholders as required.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the enhancement of sales planning processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales planning, sales coordination, or business analysis from FMCG Industry
