Ensuring all invoices are correctly recorded in the system.
Perform three way matching of Vendor invoices with Delivery Challans, Material Receipt Notes and Purchase Order/ Agreements.
Check proper Sales Tax / Provincial Sales Tax is charged by Vendor on Sales Tax Invoices.
Check Casting and calculation of commercial invoice and Sales Tax invoice. Both invoices should be consistent.
Mark correct tax deductions codes in SAP for Provincial Sales tax, Federal Sales Tax and Income Tax deduction during Invoice document entry.
Ensure proper reconciliation of GRIR account.
Prepare ageing of payables on weekly basis.
Proper filling of documents/Record Keeping.
Handling vendors queries independently
