We are Looking for Female HR Executive to join at our office in Gulberg III, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-technical recruitment. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of building a new team from scratch.Must Have Experience in Call Center Recuriment
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, including interviewing, shortlisting and hiring candidates
- Building and managing a new team from scratch
- Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Team management and employee engagement
- Good communication and work relationship with management
- Experience in hiring freelance talent as per the project requirements.
