Develop and maintain a customer database.

Generate and qualify leads.

Source and develop client referrals.

Prepare sales action plans and schedules for Sales Team.

Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.

Make sales calls to new and existing clients and also cold calling to customer to get an appointment for Sales Team. Negotiate with clients.

Develop sales proposals.

Maintain sales activity records and reports.

Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.

Follow up on sales activity.

Quality checks on product and service delivery.

Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.

Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.

She has to secure customers on Cold Calling.

Skills Required:

Candidates must have an experience of shipping & logistics industry with the complete knowledge of IMPORT Handling & operations.

She should have an at least experience of 2 year with the (freight forwarding organization).

Good communication, customer service and writing skills.

Able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.

Excellent organization and problem solving skills.

Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal Supervision.

Good interpersonal skills.

Excellent Computer knowledge with MS Office applications.

Good analytical skills Goal oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results.
