Sales Executive - Real Estate

As a Sales Executive in our Real Estate Division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Leads Specialist to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences in real estate properties.
Present and demonstrate our real estate marketing services to clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages over competitors.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction in the real estate sector.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for real estate sales.
