We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including OD, C&B, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations/benefits and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures to drive business growth and organizational excellence.

2. Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate selection and onboarding.

3. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management programs, including training, development and succession planning.

4. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances and resolve conflicts.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.

6. Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits administration, including payroll, leave management and employee wellness programs.

7. HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including employee data management, record-keeping and HR metrics analysis.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: MBA (HR) or equivalent, with certifications like CIPD or SHRM preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 5-6 years in a managerial role.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Personal Qualities:

- Integrity and professionalism.

- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
