Job Objective: To manage all HR functions including spearheading new initiates in line with the values of the company

Education Requirement: MBA/ACCA/Bsc(Eco)

Experience Requirement: 1 – 2-year relevant experience

Responsibilities:

End to end management of all Talent Acquisition activities
Employee Reward Framework (compensation and benefits)
Employee engagement activities
Employer Branding
HR policies and frameworks

Core Skills/Competencies:

Excellent Written & Verbal Communication (Including presentation) skills with good listening skills.
Excellent MS Office proficiency especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
Ability to generate innovative and creative ideas.
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within team and with all relevant stakeholders.
Quick learner, who is effectively able to analyze data and drive relevant conclusions.
A multitasker with a knack for ATD (Attention to detailing)
