About the role:

The role is responsible for generating & qualifying corporate leads for the company that ensures increased growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and winning accounts of prospective Corporations, establishing strategic partnerships and alliances, generating business, and achieving profitability and increased sales growth  
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Developing profitable and productive business relationships, coordinating with decision-makers, and building an extensive client base.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Structuring new Business Verticals and increasing sales revenues as well as achieving beyond the set targets of the company.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Shall be responsible for providing high-level advice on strategic planning and business opportunities, risk management, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Developing a market strategy to enhance business.
  • Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management. Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the principles and processes of computerized business and operating systems
  • Ability to gather data, compiles information and prepares reports
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interprets sales and operational needs and develops integrated and creative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Should have a hard-core experience in service industry sales & target-oriented environments.
  • Corporate sales experience
  • Comfortable with extensive traveling. Good Networking skills
