As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary responsibility will be to perform & take ownership in various tasks as assigned by the Company related to third parties/vendor management, information about industry practices, relationship management , NBFC registration, and regulatory compliance. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating with relevant stakeholders to apply & obtain necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs)/Approvals from regulatory authorities.
Stay updated with the regulatory landscape and ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsible for preparing and submitting required documentation for regulatory compliance, such as reports, replies and disclosures.
Responsible to represent the Company at various discussions/platforms as assigned by the Company’s top management.
Responsible for identifying, onboarding, contract management and performance reviews of the relevant third parties / vendors across the industry.
Responsible for the registration process for Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) if required by the Company.

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelors degree preferably Business Administration.
Seasoned Professional with a minimum of 5 Years experience in the same field.
Experience in coordinating with relevant stakeholders to apply and obtain NOCs/Approvals.
Must have excellent IT Skills.
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Must possess excellent negotiation and Interpersonal skills.
Must have strong relationship across the industry relevant stakeholders
