At HumWell we are looking for a Clinical Quality Associate in Karachi for a supportive role, which entails organizational assistance through its different stages and/or aspects, as and when needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand the HumWell business model and be a team player in maintaining the best digital healthcare standards as per SOPs.
- Support all activities pertaining to Clinical Quality Improvement: monitor compliance of QA indicators to ensure Tele Clinicians/Clinical Facilitators are adhering to clinical and process guidelines.
- Perform regular Clinical Quality checks to ensure Tele Clinicians/Clinical Facilitators accountability and high performance.
- Compile regular QA reports of key metrics to track and report performance outcomes.
- Identifies key issues in Tele clinical services and flags them in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· MBBS degree with 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
· Primary care knowledge
· Healthcare Quality & Patient safety certification
· Ability to teach best practices to medical/non-medical telehealth staff
· Excellent written and oral communications skills
· Ability to prioritize, organize, carry out work assignments independently and efficiently
