Responsibilities and Duties

Responding to technical support calls from the end users of computers and software applications.
Provide support to end-users in all aspects of a functional corporate network including Microsoft Windows, Network connectivity, Wi-Fi connectivity, Printing, Mobile Device Management, Office 365, etc.
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults.
Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
Maintain procedural documents and reports.
Planning future improvements.
Suggesting IT solutions to business problems.
Making sure all IT meets industry standards.
Role & Participating in new Projects Deployment.

Requirements:

Bachelor in Computer Science with at least 1-3 years of experience in IT support/Networking preferably.
CCNA, MCSE, or Linux certification
Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
Proven ability to learn and apply new technology.
Excellent communication skills
