  3. Ability to keep and build the trustful relationships with the clients which can engage them in business activity.
  4. Ability to identify the decision makers in the client organization and confident to sell the concrete idea to the senior manager.
  5. Able to identify the customer’s need, Pain Areas and the areas where Consulting can be proposed
  6. Strong follow-ups and maintaining business relationships.
  7. Maintain the list of the on-going projects and clients and update their status on regular basis in Clients Opportunity Pipeline
  8. Ability to close the sale deal professionally.
  9. Experience of handling the consulting projects & outsourcing opportunities
  10. Additionally be knowledgeable to Technological sales in IT, Telecom & Engineering
  11. The individual should have an ability to collect the exact requirements, Pain and Opportunity areas from the customer after the first meeting which could be instrumental in getting the business from these clients.
  12. List down the specific client expectation from our services for future improvement
  13. Desire to improve and perform better on every next sales.
  14. Daily and weekly activity to the management.

Personal Traits and Qualification

  • Right candidate should have passion for selling and carry the positive attitude towards developing the business for the company- Similar experience of working on the sales roles of high end customers is MUST.
  • Understanding of consulting market is an added plus.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills and great brand icon for Exuberant Group
  • Abililty to interact with people at top level in the organization.Ability to close sales deals professionally
  • Proactive and able to take initiatives without continuous supervision
