Sourcing resumes from various sources which included Referrals, job portals, ads and Social networking.
Taking requirement and to coordinate with appropriate department heads.
Coordinating/Conducting telephonic as well as Face to Face interviews for preliminary screening.
Talking and motivating the potential candidates to apply.
Check the candidate's expectations on the salary range and match with the range recommended by the company and coordinating with the candidates until they join.
Keeping track of candidates' status and following up till they are through with the interviews.
Maintaining trackers like Offer tracker, CV tracker, Position Tracker, Vendor tracker etc.
Excellent communication skills (Verbal & written)
